The Burnet Gunfighters Inc. was federally incorporated on November 29, 2001 by "Sheriff" Tex Copsetta as a 501C (Not for Profit Organization). The Burnet Gunfighters were founded as a volunteer organization dedicated to performing gunfight reenactments as a community service to the City of Burnet. Our Gunfights attract both local residents and tourists from all over the world. Typically visitors number from 200 to 600 people. Many tourists come to Burnet aboard the Austin Steam Train known as the "Hill Country Flyer" (for more information visit www.austinsteamtrain.org or call 512-477-8468)

Show times are at approximately 1:30 PM on Saturdays from January through May and from September through November. On the first two Saturdays in December there is a train robbery and a gunfight starting at approximately 2:00 PM. All times and dates are subject to change, so, please check our facebook page or call
