I understand that the Chamber reserves the right to cancel this registration and refund application money. This is typically done if too many vendors sign up selling similar products or the product isn't a fit for this family-friendly event.

I understand I must furnish my own tents, tables, chairs, and weights and stay within my allotted vendor booth space. I understand that this event is rain or shine and will prepare accordingly.

I understand the Burnet Chamber of Commerce Staff, volunteers, directors and officers or agents are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or merchandise or accident/injury to me or my staff and do hold harmless any of the above individuals or businesses for any and all liability. I further acknowledge that it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax as required by the State of Texas.
