Mrs. Sullivan is a “CFE” (Certified Fraud Examiner) and was Senior Vice President of Fraud Management at Frost Bank. She retired from Frost after 30 years in that position. She was the statewide liaison to all law enforcement (local, state, and federal) as well as other agencies such as Adult Protective Services and the U.S. Attorney’s office.
