The full kitchen will be open by 6:30pm cooking up the best burgers\, steaks and fajitas in Central Texas. \nMusic will start at 7:30pm with Eddie Shell and the Not Guilties feat. Bode Barker\, Ben Watson and Chris Reeves – a full night of dancing (which is our regular dance hall schedule: 7:30pm until late).  \nThe whole night will be BYOB as usual with sodas\, water\, setups available to purchase (no alcohol is available to purchase\, but you may BYOB). Join us to dance the night away on the hardwood floors of an authentic Texas dance hall. Our house band Eddie Shell and The Not Guilties back up some of Country music’s best old-time stars – such as Tony Booth\, Darrell McCall and Johnny Rodriquez. You might see kids dancing across the dance floor\, a bachelorette party arriving in a limousine\, a dog or two running around loose\, and probably a few cattle and horses gathered around the entrance. It’s a hoot!  \nThe dance hall is BYOB\, with a kitchen offering setups and our chef slinging mouthwatering hamburgers and fajitas.
