DESCRIPTION:All contested candidates are invited to have a table length booth at the event. The general public will be admitted to meet and mingle with candidates at 5:00 PM. \nOpposed Federal and State Candidates: \n\n​Will be given 3 minutes to speak.\nThe candidate may send a spokesperson on their behalf.\nInstead of being present candidates my submit a video no longer than 2 minutes.\n​Speaking and video time limits will be strictly enforced.\n\nOpposed District and County Candidates:  \n\nThese candidates have been invited to participate in the forum. The offices included in the forum are: District Attorney\, County Commissioner Precinct 3\, County Tax Accessor Collector\, and Constable Precinct 2. The forum will consist of 5 questions asked of each candidate. The candidates will have 1 minute to respond and then a 1 minute rebuttal.\nCandidates will be given 2 minutes to introduce themselves and 1 minute to close.\n\nUnopposed Candidates:\n \nAll registered unopposed candidates present will be introduced at the end of the event. \nThis event is organized by the Burnet County Republican Party. It is sponsored by Burnet Chamber of Commerce and Bertram Chamber of Commerce.
