The Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center is honored to host a ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐–๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐งโ€™๐ฌ ๐’๐ž๐ฑ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐†๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ.
This group is designed to be a safe and confidential space where participants can learn, heal, and connect with others who understand.

Each week will focus on topics that promote education, empowerment, and healing. Whether youโ€™re at the beginning of your journey or further along, this group provides encouragement, resources, and community.

Topics include: Coping Skills & Self-care, Safety Planning, Legal Information, Red Flags, and Gaslighting & Coercion.
